WHAT TO EXPECT
- Personal attention with a warm welcome
- The first class will allow you to workout at your comfort level
- Professional training with a focus on your level of conditioning
ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MIN EARLY
- Your hands have to be wrapped properly before every class.
- Ted and Jason want to give you the personal attention you want
- This will give you time to ask questions, familiarize yourself and get comfortable.
WHAT TO BRING
- Normal gym attire is fine: sweatpants, shorts, t-shirts, tank tops
- Please bring indoor shoes
- We have complimentary gloves and hand wraps
- If you would like your own we can also sell them to you.
- Water cooler on site, it gets sweaty so bring a bottle !
