Headed up by Ted Reno, a boxing professional with more than 20 years of real boxing experience, Ted has a passion for the noble art of boxing. He is also a fully accredited personal trainer. Ted enjoys passing on his technical knowledge to enthusiastic amateurs and loves challenging clients to reach their physical limits.
Working out with Ted or another instructor at 10th Street boxing will improve your fitness (cardio & strength), tone your body, inspire you, build your confidence and bring a big smile to your face.
Oh, you'll also learn how to throw a punch.
What To Expect
Personal attention with a warm welcome
The first class will allow you to workout at your comfort level
Professional training with a focus on your level of conditioning
Arrive At Least 15 Minutes Early
Your hands have to be appropriately wrapped before every class
The Coaches want to give you the personal attention you want
This will give you time to ask questions, familiarize yourself and get comfortable
What To Bring
Normal gym attire is acceptable: sweatpants, shorts, t-shirts, tank tops
Please bring indoor shoes
We have complimentary gloves and hand wraps
If you would like your own, we can also sell them to you
Water cooler on site; it gets sweaty, so bring a bottle
